Mentor, OhioChris Brennan returned to our academy and put on another successful seminar. This seminar was just as good as the first time Chris was here and we were able to cover a good amount of material in the four hours we had. We got to work on various types of takedowns, submissions, and even spent a little time on striking. Towards the end of the seminar Chris took the time to roll with each participant and made sure to tap everybody out. The day wrapped up with little Q&A followed by group pictures and a couple people getting autographs. For those of you who don't know who Chris "The Westside Strangler" Brennan is he is a former KOTC Middleweight Champ, Pride vet, UFC vet, ADCC vet, BJJ Black Belt, and runs his own academy in California called Team Next Generation. P.S. Look for Chris to possible return for another seminar sometime in 2006.
