SFN "Ultimate Cage Fighting"

Cleveland, Ohio
Gray's Armory

Yet again GriffonRawl fighters competed at Cleveland's historic Gray's Armory. Mike "The Bull" Russo, Donny "Eagle Eye" Walker, and Jason "Dynamite" Dent.First up was Mike Russo vs Chris Reedy. Chris came out with a hard slam, but Mike bounced right back and came back with a slam of his own. The first round would go back and forth, while both fighters showed great ground technique. After some more back and forth, Chris would lock in a knee bar on Russo. Russo tried to fight it off as long as he could until he had no other choice but to tap.Next fighter from GriffonRawl was Donny Walker. Donny was looking to get back onto the winning path as he would face off against Ryan Macintosh. Macintosh shot in on Walker right off the bell, and Walker immediately started to sink in a guillotine choke. A few seconds later and Macintosh either had to tap or go to sleep, and tap he would, giving GriffonRawl their first win of the night quickly in the first. This would take us up to the Main Event, a grudge match between Jason Dent and Luke Spencer. Spencer looked really good in the first taking Dent down several times, and landed many punches from Jason's guard and mount. But Jason weathered the storm to make it through the first round. The second round was a total different story. Jason came out swinging and swinging hard. Dent seemingly rocked Spencer well, and would push him into his corner with a huge storm of strikes and knees. Spencer appeared to not be able to defend himself and the ref would step in and call it in the 2nd. Thanks to all GriffonRawl friends and family who came out and gave their support!Written by:Chuck Kroeger
